Privacy

AiderEx PIDS is operated as an invitation-only pilot. Account access is provisioned by administrators for authorized tenants. We process account credentials, session data, and decision-workflow records needed to provide the service to your organization.

Access requests submitted via the public form are reviewed by operators and stored as auditable records. They do not create user accounts automatically.

Optional analytics (when enabled) uses privacy-safe, allow-listed events only and does not send tenant, case, or decision identifiers. See also the Demo Data Notice.
